Why large is different

You have leverage most businesses never get.

A small business picks from a price sheet. A large energy user doesn't have to. At this size, pricing is built around your site: how much power you use, when you use it, and how steady it is.

Data centers

Flat, 24/7 load that only grows. The kind of load the market prices best.

24/7 manufacturers

Multiple shifts, heavy equipment, and real money riding on every peak.

Property management

Many buildings and meters bought together as one portfolio, so you get large-user leverage without one giant meter.

Two sites with the same monthly bill can get very different offers. The one that understands its load, and takes it to market the right way, wins.

Here's what that looks like.

Flat and steady earns stronger pricing. Fast growth matters just as much: the contract has to make room for it.

A load like this has options.

Your options

Four ways to buy power

We price the options side by side, same start date and same term, so you compare apples to apples.

Not sure which one fits?

That's normal. Every site is different. Send us a recent bill, or let us pull your usage with your permission, and we'll do a free analysis of your load: when you use power, how steady it is, and where your site is headed. Then we tell you which structure fits, in plain English.

Transmission costs (4CP)

Take control of the charges that feel out of your control

Delivery charges are the line on the bill everyone complains about, and for most businesses there's nothing to do about them. Large users are different. A big part of those charges is set by just four moments each summer, and you can plan around them.

These 4 moments set next year's charges

Cut back in those windows, pay less all year

Illustrative. Actual results depend on the site and how much load can shift.

What we do: we watch the grid all summer and send you peak-day alerts, so you know when to pull back. Miss a peak and you carry it for twelve months. Hit it and you keep the savings all year.

If you can shift load, you can get paid for it.

Load reduction programs

Get paid to reduce load

When the grid is stressed, sites that can cut back for a short window earn bill credits. Notice comes the day before, and events usually last about two hours. The program we offer has no penalty if you sit one out.

And on a market-based structure, power you've locked in but don't use can be sold back at market, so flexibility pays both ways.

Depending on the site, returns can reach six figures a year. Results vary by site, season and market conditions.
Where it fits: equipment that can pause without hurting your operation, like HVAC, chillers, cleanroom air handling, or sites with backup generation.
Where it doesn't: production lines. Stopping a line can scrap product. We never recommend curtailing process load.

Program rules vary and usually require a market-based structure like Block & Index.

And your site won't stay the same size.

Growth and new builds

Plan for growth before it costs you

Contracts are built around an expected amount of usage. Grow past it and you can be charged extra or repriced. We build your growth into the contract up front, so expansion is planned, not penalized.

Building a new site?

The best time to plan power is before the first meter is set. We line the contract up with your ramp-up schedule, so you aren't locked into the wrong size on day one.

Renewable energy

Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) can cover part or all of your usage. For long-term renewable projects, we connect you with a specialist partner.

Here's how we'd do it for you.

How we work

Start to renewal, one team

  1. Learn your site. Size, schedule, growth plans and current contract.
  2. Map your load. We pull your usage data with your permission.
  3. Build your pricing. We take your load to market and negotiate the right structure for it.
  4. Compare. Offers side by side, with the trade-offs explained.
  5. Stay on it. We keep working your account for the whole contract.

We don't sign you up and disappear until renewal.

  • Peak-day alerts every summer
  • Regular usage check-ins
  • Market updates when it matters
  • Renewal started early, not at the deadline
