What we read

Every line, checked against something

  1. Energy charge. We check the price billed against the contract you signed, every month.
  2. Delivery charges. We confirm the meter sits in the right utility rate class for how it is used.
  3. Demand charge. We find the interval that set your peak and what was running at the time.
  4. Sales tax. We look for tax treatment that does not fit how the site uses power.
  5. Other fees. Late fees, duplicate charges and leftovers from old contracts get flagged.

Commercial energy bills are dense: energy charges, delivery charges, demand charges, taxes and fees, sometimes across dozens of meters. Mistakes and outdated settings can sit there for years.

We read your bills line by line, check them against your contract and your utility's rules, and flag what is wrong or worth changing. Then we keep watching.
